Description

Ironclad KONG Original SDX2 Safety Gloves were co-developed by the Oil & Gas Industry’s Safety Committee (OGSC).  As such, you can be assured that the KONG Original Safety Gloves deliver the highest performance standards.  The superb all-round protection these gloves provide makes them ideal for heavy industry use.  For example, oil and gas drilling, refinery, fracking, mining, construction and rigging.  EN 388:2016 certified & tested (ISO 13997 – Cut Level A).

The gloves are made of high contrast bright orange fabric with yellow impact ribbing for visibility in the workplace.  The exclusive Teflon-coated palm material is 25% more abrasion resistant than normal synthetic leathers.  The palm also features raised PVC dots, which improving the user’s grip and also extend the glove’s life by reducing wear on the palm material.  The gloves also feature patented KONG finger, knuckle and metacarpal protection offering high protection from impact injuries.  An extended neoprene cuff provides additional wrist and forearm protection.  They are machine washable and feature an integrated worker ID tag.
