3M 9926 Speciality Particulate Respirator is designed to provide FFP2 protection This respirator safeguards against medium levels of fine dusts and oil or water based mists. In addition, the mask also features an activated carbon layer that provides relief against nuisance-level odour form acid gases. This makes it ideal for metal working applications and welding. Tested and certified to EN 149:2001+A1:2009 European safety standards.
The 9926 respirator is a lightweight face mask with a durable, collapse-resistant inner shell. It has a traditional cup shaped design and a soft inner face seal. This provides a comfortable, secure fit across a broad range of face sizes. The mask also features 3M’s Cool Flow valve, which removes exhaled air and reduces humidity. An adjustable nose clip and colour-coded head straps make the mask easy to fit and comfortable to wear.
FFP2 – protects against moderate levels of hazardous fine dusts, water and oil based mists or aerosols and biological agents of risk group 2 in concentrations of up to 10 x WEL.
NR – non reusable. Suitable for single shift use only.
D – these filters have passed the Dolomite clogging test, giving the user better breathing resistance.
