Description
3M 6059 ABEK1 Gas & Vapour Filters are suitable for use with all 3M 6000, 7000 and 7500 Series face masks. The filters are designed to offer a good field of vision, have low breathing resistance and are lightweight (100g each). They feature a bayonet locking mechanism for a safe and secure fit.
The 6059 filter can be used where dangerous gases and vapours are present in the work place. For example, they can be used for protection against acid gases and ammonia. They can also be combined with 3M particulate filters.
ABEK1 – protects against organic vapours with boiling points above 65°C, inorganic gases, acid gases and ammonia vapours in concentrations of up to 10 x WEL or 1000ppm.
