V12 Intrepid V1720 IGS S3 Women’s Safety Boots are high performance hiker-style safety boots. Designed especially for women with an ergonomic fit that conforms to the female footshape. Hard wearing, water resistant, shock absorbent and metal free, the Intrepid safety boots work as hard as you do. Ideal for building, construction, highway maintenance and more. Tested and certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 European standards.
The Intrepid boots have water resistant, breathable full grain black leather uppers with reinforced stitching and a quick lace system. They have a moisture wicking padded lining that is cool in summer, warm in winter. A heel pump footbed with air channels also improves comfort and helps reduce heat build up. The composite toe cap is non-sparking, thermal insulating and tested to 200 Joules. The woven fibre midsoles provides protection from underfoot piercing hazards. The boots also feature an innovative IGS sole which features a hexagonal sole pattern to help disperse water, ladder grips for working at height and an angled heel strike to reduce slips. It also provides superb grip and traction in all conditions and is heat resistant to approximately 300°C.
