The Protomastor 142PP boots are made from black PVC and are 100% waterproof with good resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, fats and various chemicals. A steel toe cap (tested to 200 Joules) protects the wearer from impacts. A steel midsole (tested to 1,100 Newtons) protects against underfoot hazards. The PVC sole has a shock absorbing heel and is anti-static and oil resistant. The sole also features a cross directional tread pattern, giving good liquid dispersal and slip resistance in foul weather conditions.
