DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 Tape TF00990YL00 helps to improve the safety level of your disposable PPE. Typically used to seal gaps or closure points, for example seams, sleeves, storm flaps or ankles. It can also be used to secure Tychem®, Tyvek® or ProShield® chemical protective coveralls to other forms of PPE, such as gloves, face masks and boots. PPE Category I.

The Tychem® 6000 barrier tape is specially designed for use with Category III chemical protective garments. Strong, flexible with good elasticity, the tape helps prevent potential leak sources. Lightweight, self-adhesive and easy to use – the tape can be torn by hand as needed with no cutting required. When properly applied the tape provides additional protection and chemical resistance, helping reduce exposure to risks.
