Description
The 3M 8812 Valved Dust Respirator is a traditional, cup-shaped disposable respirator. Lightweight and comfortable to wear, the 8812 respirator also offers a secure fit across a broad range of face shapes and sizes. The mask is also designed to be compatible with 3M’s range of eyewear and hearing protection products.
The 8812 mask has a collapse resistant convex shape, and features an adjustable nose clip and twin colour-coded straps. Made from 3M’s Advanced Electret Filter Material, which provides effective filtration and low breathing resistance. 3M’s Cool Flow exhalation valve keeps the mask comfortable when used in hot or humid environments.
The 8812 face mask is suitable for use in a wide variety of roles and industries. It provides effective protection for workers regularly exposed to fine particles and non-volatile liquids or mists.
FFP1 – protects against low levels of fine dusts, fumes, water and oil based mists or aerosols in concentrations of up to 4 x WEL.
NR – non reusable. Disposable masks suitable for single shift use only.
D – these filters have passed the Dolomite clogging test, giving the user better breathing resistance.
