Beeswift CARC24 Arc Compliant Thermal Long Johns are warm, comfortable FR AS leggings. Ideal for layering arc flash protection underneath coveralls and other work clothes. Pair with the Beeswift CARC22 Arc Compliant Long Sleeve T-Shirt (sold separately).
The CARC24 leggings are made from anti static fabric (60% Modacrylic, 40% cotton 210gsm) with contrast FR sewing thread. This material has inherently flame retardant properties that do not diminish with repeated washing. Easy to care for and machine washable up to 40ºC. Each garment style is independently tested to both box and open ARC standards. EN 61482-1-2-2007 (Class 1 = 4 kA) – Box Arc testing. EN 61482 – 1 – 1 : 2009 (EBT50 = 5.9 cAL/cm2) Open Arc testing.
